Shipping & Delivery

This page explains how we ship orders, the carriers we use, typical transit times, and what to do if something goes wrong with a delivery. If you can't find the answer here, please get in touch via our Contact page.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours. Most orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days of the order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will start processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping carriers

We use a mix of USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on destination, weight, and current service availability. The carrier for your order will be visible on the tracking link sent to you once the parcel ships.

3. Transit times

Typical transit times after dispatch:

These ranges are best-effort estimates from the carrier and not guarantees. Severe weather, customs review, and carrier backlogs may extend delivery in either direction.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. If you don't see that email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder, then reach out to us.

5. Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Promotional free-shipping offers, when active, apply only to the destinations listed in the promotion.

6. International orders, duties & taxes

For deliveries outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not collected at checkout and are billed by the carrier or customs authority.

7. Lost or damaged packages

If the tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

If the package arrives visibly damaged or the product inside is broken, take photos and contact support within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.

8. Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once a package has shipped, we cannot reroute it. If a parcel returns to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out about a reship at your cost.
